TOOLS REQUIRED
Allen Key
- Screw Fork Mounts into Tbolts and move into the desired position on aluminium extrusion (this can be movedlater).
- Use the through bolts to secure the fork mounts loosely onto the Bike Bar.
- On the external wall of your Switch position, the side supports through the highest pair of slots.
- Position the bar mounts internally on the opposing side to the side supports. Using an allen key, loosely screw four bolts through the bar mounts into the side supports starting on the top wrungs.
- The Bike Bar will slot into the gap in each bar mount and lower it down into both bike mounts simultaneously.
- Test the height needed by positioning bikes on the bar. Remove the bikes and adjust the height by sliding the bolts down and across the bike mount. When you have found the desired height, tighten the bolts.
- Once in position, the Bike Bar will be secure. To remove the Bike Bar, apply pressure to one side of the unit to allow space for it to be pushed upwards.
- The Bike Bar can be neatly stored inside the right-hand side of the drawer and slotted into the corresponding holes.
- Secure the Bike Bar in place. No screws are required. To remove, stand on the same side as the bar and pull out of the holes.
