Ovano Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below and contact us if you have any questions.

Standard Returns

You may return unused, non-customised products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund of the product price. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Some products are made to order or customised to fit your van. These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover all reasonable return costs.

2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions

3. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 working days
