Ordering & Payment

Do you offer instalment payments?

Yes, instalment payments are available via Shop Pay. Eligibility and available options are determined by Shop Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Standard product orders can be changed or cancelled provided production or dispatch has not started. Bespoke or custom items cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Full details are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I order now and schedule installation later?

Yes, installation can be scheduled after ordering, subject to availability. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss timing before placing your order.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, a VAT invoice is issued automatically with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally directly. However, a limited range of Ovano products is available through selected partners: Europe:THQ(limited range), Australia:Leighton Vans(limited range). Please contact the relevant partner directly for availability.

How much is shipping and when is it calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over £100.

Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes, VAT is included in prices where applicable.

Lead times and availability

What are your current lead times?

Indicative lead times are shown in the scrolling banner at the top of the website and are updated regularly. For the most accurate availability, please check the individual product page and use the calendar view.

How can I check installation availability?

For accurate installation dates, click through to the relevant product page and use the booking calendar to view the next available times and dates. If the available dates don't work for you, please get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

What happens after I place an order?

You'll receive an order confirmation by email. If your order requires palletised shipping, we'll contact you within 24 working hours to confirm a delivery day.

Can lead times change after I've ordered?

While we do our best to meet estimated lead times, these can occasionally change due to production or logistical factors. Any significant updates will be communicated to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Which couriers do you use?

We use a range of trusted couriers depending on the size and nature of your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.

Is collection available?

Yes, collection is available and can be selected at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Installation & bookings

Where are installations carried out?

Installations are carried out at our premises: Ovano, Unit 4 The Courtyard, Barns Ground, Kenn, BS21 6TB.

How long does an installation take?

Most installations take around one hour, including handover. Occasionally installations may overrun if unexpected vehicle variants or aftermarket additions are present.

Can I cancel or reschedule an installation booking?

Installation bookings for standard products can be cancelled or rescheduled provided work has not started. Please get in touch as soon as possible. Full details are covered in ourReturns & Refunds Policy.

What if my installation involves a custom or bespoke product?

Custom or bespoke installations may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun. Please refer to ourReturns & RefundsPolicy for full terms.

Can someone else bring the vehicle for installation?

Yes, someone else can bring the vehicle, provided they are authorised to leave and collect it.

What do I need to bring on the day of installation?

Nothing. Less is more. Ideally the van is empty, but we understand that isn't always possible.

Compatibility & Fitment

How do I know if a product will fit my van?

Compatibility information is provided on each product page. If you're unsure, please contact us before ordering.

What if I order the wrong variant?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible on bespoke items once work has begun, but for other orders its usually fine. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Can you confirm compatibility before I order?

Yes. If you're unsure, please get in touch with your vehicle details and we'll advise before you place an order.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Full details are outlined there.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Ovano-manufactured products come with a 2-year warranty as standard. Any third-party components are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if I have an issue after installation or delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll assess the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Compliance, Insurance & Vehicle warranty

Are Ovano conversion units road-legal and MOT safe?

Our conversion units are designed for use in road-going vehicles and are installed using existing factory mounting points. Essentially our units are treated the same as toolbox being tied down. If you have specific compliance or MOT-related questions, please contact us before ordering.

Do Ovano products affect my vehicle warranty?

Our conversion units use only factory fixing points and do not require permanent modification to the vehicle. However, vehicle warranty decisions ultimately sit with the manufacturer, so we recommend checking if you have any concerns.

Do Ovano conversion units affect insurance?

Because our conversion units use factory fixing points and do not change the vehicle classification or convert it into a camper, they do not typically introduce insurance implications. In most cases, nothing needs to be declared. If you're unsure, we recommend confirming with your insurer for peace of mind but ensure to tell them that the units are removable and are only fixed using existing lashing points.
