The Ovano DualDeck is a heavy-duty, two-tier storage system for the VW Transporter T7 and Ford Transit Custom, engineered to maximise usable load space behind factory crew cab seats or a bulkhead.

Featuring a fixed upper platform and a full-length 180kg locking drawer, the DualDeck delivers secure, organised storage for tools, equipment, and materials — without compromising access or durability. Designed, built, and tested in the UK, it’s optimised for fleets, tradespeople, and everyday users who need reliable load efficiency rather than a sleeping system.

Compatibility

The Ovano crew cab storage system is engineered specifically for crew cab vans, BUT is also compatible with panel vans and Kombi's. Different fixings will need to supplied if installing in these vans, so please do let us know if thats the case. Alternatively see the Switch | T7.

  • All cut edges chamfered and sealed (double-coated in high-traffic areas)
  • Surface-mounted flush hinges: A4 stainless steel (marine grade)

  • Bulkhead restraint: Dyneema-cored braided line (stronger than steel)
  • Threaded inserts used throughout — no wood screws

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning surfaces

Wipe usable surfaces and metal components with Green Oil or a similar light lubricating spray. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals.

Drawer runners

Use compressed air to remove debris from around the ball bearings, then reapply Green Oil liberally to maintain smooth operation.
