This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Ovano-UK Ltd through www.ovano.co.uk.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to UK Highlands, islands, or other remote locations may be subject to additional charges or extended delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered:

• In-stock items: typically dispatched within 2–5 working days

• Made-to-order or customised items: dispatch times vary and will be confirmed on the product page or after order placement

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays.

Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted third-party couriers. Larger or heavier items may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier services. In these cases, delivery will be made to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or failure to be available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs where possible.

Ownership and Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.
