Swing-Out Table Installation Instructions

This is a step-by-step guide for installing and using the versatile Swing-Out Table. Designed for optimal functionality, the Swing-Out Table pivots easily to suit your needs and can be stored efficiently with our Table Storage Bracket Set. Follow these instructions to ensure smooth installation and make the most of this practical and space-saving addition to your van setup.

6 x Countersunk self-drilling screw for the B pillar

1 x M6 65mm Socket head cap screw for the pivot block

2 x M6 X 16mm Cross dowel nut for the pivot block

2 x Thumb screws for the pivot block

8 x PZ2 Pozi round for the mounting plate

NOT AN IMPACT DRIVER

1. Remove the leg from the bracket and line up the bracket to the inner corner against the B post behind the front seats.
2. Using self-drilling screws, attach the bracket to the B post with your battery screwdriver through the screw holes in the bracket. Be careful not to over tighten the screw, and use a handheld screwdriver to finish.  
3. Once attached insert table leg into the holes in the bracket. Gently adjust the cam lock bolt at the base of the bracket and clamp it into position.
4. Pz 1 – Screw in the location bolt to the base of the pivot block. PZ 2 – Place a cross dowel nut into the hole and insert a thumb screw to secure lightly. PZ 3 – Place the other cross dowel nut into the hole and insert a thumb screw to secure lightly.
5. Slot pivot block onto the table leg with cross dowel nuts in position and tighten thumb screws to attach and adjust as required.
6. Attach the mounting plate to the tabletop as required. If using the Ovano tabletop, we suggest it is placed centrally, 13.5cm from the table end nearest the door, using the 8 x PH2 round screws to secure it in place. Please note you need to allow for the tabletop to pivot outside the van without hitting the B pillar.
7. Place the mounting plate onto the pivot block and tighten using thumb screws to secure it.
8. We recommend you stow the table upright or remove it altogether. This table is not to be used while the vehicle is in motion.
