Ovano Switch Functionality

Defining feature:

• Pull-out drawer with thumb latches to create a VW transporter storage solution.
• The drawer supports 180 kilograms.
• Suitable for tradespeople, tools, camping, etc.
• The gap in the Switch Narrow is for longer items such as surfboards, ladders, etc.
• An optional retrofit VW transporter dog crate is available for small to medium dogs. It is a tool-less installation and removal of the dog crate, which takes about two minutes.
• There are three different setups for the top section of the unit. These include kombi bed, bulkhead, and mini bulkhead modes, making the Switch a versatile VW transporter conversion.
• Use the rear flap to quickly access items in the drawer or down the side.

Two legs with dual purpose:

1. The kombi bed setup variations are based on seat configuration. If the kombi seats aren’t available, the Switch legs become bed supports. The same applies to VW panel vans without seats.
2. Double-knuckle hinges on the top of the Switch cause rattling. When the legs aren’t in use for the kombi bed, they can slot into position in mini bulkhead mode, drastically reducing rattling.

• Bed dimensions in a short wheelbase: 1900mm x 1475mm
• Bed dimensions in a long wheelbase: 2300mm x 1475mm
• Bulkhead mode is used to section out your VW Transporter for additional security.
• Bulkhead setup involves lifting, sliding, and securing with a line that can withstand up to 350kg.
• Pull the rope, drop down, lift the handle, and push back to release the bulkhead.
